Merry Christmas and Happy new Year

As an atheist and someone who has a certain disdain for consumerism in general. I find it quite hard to get involved in what is often called the spirit of christmas.

I do however, acknowledge that most people are just trying to have some fun and be nice to each other.

So in the spirit in which it was intended when you guys say it to me.
